Obereggen - Oberholz Berg
🇮🇹 Trentino-South Tyrol · Italy
This camera watches the Oberholz slopes above Obereggen, a ski area in the Val di Fiemme on the edge of the Latemar range. It is useful for checking how the mountain looks right now before deciding on a trip. The page adds local time and a three-day forecast next to the live player.
Obereggen sits in the Trentino part of the Dolomites, a short drive from Predazzo and the Fiemme Valley. The Latemar massif rises with jagged dolomite towers that turn pink and orange at sunrise and sunset. The village is known mainly as a winter resort, but its meadows and forests are pleasant in summer and autumn as well.
The camera is aimed at the Oberholz area, so the view depends on the ski pistes, lift lines and tree cover in front of it. Mornings often bring clearer skies in fair weather, while afternoons can build cloud over the peaks. Winter snow cover and the colour of the larch trees in autumn change the picture noticeably, so the view can look very different from one season to the next.
Summers are mild and winters are cold with reliable snow at altitude, so check the forecast on this page before travelling. Mountain weather can change within an hour, so a clear live view is a good sign. Nearby on VizCams you can also open the Obereggen valley station, the Laner and Reiterjoch views, and the Passo Feudo camera in Predazzo.

The current conditions and a three-day forecast are shown in the weather block on this page. Mountain conditions can differ from the valley, so compare the live view with the forecast.
The local time is displayed on this page and updates with the live view. Obereggen follows Central European time, the same as much of Italy.
The camera overlooks the Oberholz area above Obereggen in the Val di Fiemme, Trentino, at roughly 1,500 metres of altitude. The map on the page shows its position.
Clear mornings and late afternoons usually give the best visibility of the peaks. Winter and autumn views differ most, so watch in the season you plan to visit.
