About Bandar Lampung

Bandar Lampung sits on the Teluk Lampung bay, where the Sumatran mountains meet the Sunda Strait. It grew from the twin towns of Tanjung Karang and Teluk Betung and today is the main gateway to southern Sumatra, with ferry links to Java. Rajabasa lies inland on higher ground, where the city spreads into residential neighbourhoods and the campus area of the state university.
