Bandar Lampung - KELURAHAN GUNUNG SULAH
๐ฎ๐ฉ Lampung ยท Indonesia โ Altitude 103 m
This camera looks out over the Gunung Sulah neighbourhood on the hills above Bandar Lampung, the capital of Lampung province in southern Sumatra. It is a useful window onto everyday city life and the weather over the bay. The live player, local time and forecast on this page update while you watch.
Bandar Lampung sits on the southern tip of Sumatra, where the coastline curves around Lampung Bay toward the Sunda Strait. Gunung Sulah lies on higher ground at about 100 metres above sea level, so the streets here are cooler and breezier than the flat city centre. The area is residential, with hillside houses, local markets and roads that climb toward the surrounding green slopes.
Since the title names a residential kelurahan rather than a landmark, the view mainly reflects the neighbourhood itself, its roads and the surrounding hills. Activity is usually busiest in the morning and late afternoon, when traffic and daily errands peak. Cloud build-up over the hills is common in the afternoon, especially during the wetter months, which can change the view quickly.
The climate is tropical and humid all year, with a wetter season roughly from November to March and drier weather from May to September. Mornings tend to be clearer than afternoons. Nearby cameras on this site cover other parts of the city, including Jalan Kimaja, Kelurahan Jagabaya III, the Urip and Gunung Sulah crossroads, and Way Halim Permai.
